Keyboard Shortcuts

Master the default keyboard shortcuts in OpenAnalyst and learn how to customize, reassign, or reset them to fit your workflow.

Customizing Shortcuts

To reassign a shortcut, go to Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts. Click the shortcut you want to change, then press the new key combination. Shortcut changes are saved to your profile and are not workspace-wide — each user can have personal shortcut assignments.

Warning: Assigning a key combination that is already in use by another action will create a conflict. OpenAnalyst will warn you and require you to resolve the conflict by reassigning one of the competing shortcuts.

Reset to Defaults

To restore all shortcuts to their factory defaults, click Reset to Defaults at the bottom of the Keyboard Shortcuts settings page. This action cannot be undone — any customizations you have made will be lost. A confirmation dialog is shown before the reset is applied.
