Terms for the OpenAnalyst website.
These terms apply to the public website and its resources. A signed customer agreement controls any paid service, agent deployment or managed workflow.
Public website terms
Effective 16 July 2026
Agreement and scope
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
These terms do not govern a paid OpenAnalyst service. Service scope, fees, data handling, confidentiality, support, liability and governing law are set out in the signed agreement for that service.
Permitted use
You may use the public website for lawful business research, to use the planning resources provided and to contact OpenAnalyst. You may save or share a reasonable extract for internal evaluation when you keep any attribution and ownership notices.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to share it.
Prohibited use
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, test security without written permission, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy the service at unreasonable scale, evade access controls, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
You must not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, use website material to create a deceptive or competing offering, or submit information that you are not entitled to disclose.
Planning tools and website information
Calculators, playbooks, worked examples and other resources are general planning aids. Their outputs depend on the assumptions entered and are not a promise of savings, revenue, performance, compliance or suitability for a particular workflow.
Website material describes OpenAnalyst's general direction and capabilities. Specific integrations, delivery dates, outcomes and commitments exist only when confirmed in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
OpenAnalyst or its licensors own the website, brand, design, software and original content. These terms give you a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the public site for the permitted purposes above.
You may not sell, license, reproduce substantial parts, remove ownership notices, reverse engineer protected elements or create derivative commercial material without written permission. Names and marks belonging to other companies remain their property.
Information you submit
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give OpenAnalyst permission to receive, store and use it as reasonably needed to answer the request, operate the website and meet legal duties, subject to the privacy notice.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive or production information through a general website form unless an appropriate channel and written terms have been agreed.
Third-party services
The website may link to products, websites or materials operated by other companies. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
A link does not mean OpenAnalyst endorses or controls the third party. To the extent permitted by law, OpenAnalyst is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or transactions.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or remove website features and content, including a planning resource. We do not promise that the public site will always be available, error-free or suitable for every device or location.
We may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, OpenAnalyst excludes warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, OpenAnalyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity arising from use of the public website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
General terms and contact
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without consent; OpenAnalyst may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the website.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Governing law and dispute terms for any paid service will be stated in the relevant signed agreement.
